Mr. C. Raghunatha Reddy
Mr. C. Raghunatha Reddy – Founder & Chairman

A visionary engineer with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich, Mr. Reddy worked in Thermodynamics in Switzerland before returning to India to build world-class manufacturing. He founded his first company in 1964 (High Tensile Fasteners) and later expanded into Hydraulic Valves for Earthmoving Equipment, laying the foundation for Plasma Precision.

Mr. Prithvi Reddy – Managing Director

With a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and international experience in Austria and Switzerland, Mr. Prithvi Reddy founded Plasma Private Limited in 1996 as a precision Tool Room. Under his leadership, the company expanded into exports by 1999, earning a reputation for high-precision parts, reliability, and quality.

A B. Com graduate with over 35 years of experience in Accounting and Banking, including 19 years in private and corporate banking, Ms. Reddy has been overseeing Accounts, Finance, and Marketing at Plasma Precision for 20 years, ensuring financial discipline and strategic growth.

Mr. H R Ashok
Mr. H R Ashok – General Manager

A B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 39 years of industry experience, Ashok brings deep expertise in Hydraulics, Automobile, and Precision Machining. He has led Quality Management, New Product Development, Production Planning, Design, and International Client Servicing at Plasma Precision for 26 years, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and successful collaboration with global clients.

Mr. K R Raghavendra – Deputy General Manager, Accounts & Administration

An M.Com graduate with over 35 years of professional experience, Raghavendra has spent 25 years at Plasma Precision managing Accounts, Finance, Administration, Taxation, Government Liaison, and Export/EOU documentation. He brings expertise in financial management, compliance, HR processes, and international export operations.
